          A first Aid kit is one of the main things you need in your pack. If it is an hour hike or days, you need that first aid kit. You never know when you will need it. You carry it trip after trip and never use it. Then some will use it every time they will go out. Simple first aid kits are inexpensive. They have things for poison plants, insect bites, and cuts. Some have painkillers in them or sun block. Remember to keep it up to date. Do not let things expire in them. (It is easy to do) and remember to replace things when you use them.
